Yes. Accepted orders are shipped in plain exterior packaging with no logos or product names displayed on the outside.

When electronic payment is available, payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. Modern Wellness Solutions does not ask customers to email full card details and does not store full card details on this website. Each payment provider is responsible for the security and compliance of its own payment service.

If an accepted order has not shipped, contact us immediately. Depending on the payment method and the stage of fulfillment, a cancellation fee of up to 18% of the order value may apply to cover non-refundable payment, cancellation, or refund costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
