Who may request catalog access?

Adults age 21 or older acquiring materials solely for legitimate laboratory research may submit a verified customer profile. Access and requests remain subject to review.

Are these products intended for people or animals?

No. All listed materials are For Research Use Only and are not for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, or veterinary use.

Do you provide dosing or reconstitution instructions?

No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, medical, therapeutic, or veterinary guidance.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, reports results for an identified submitted sample and lot. Available certificates may show identity, purity, and measured net content.

Does a COA mean a product is approved for human use?

No. A laboratory result does not constitute FDA approval or authorization for human or animal use.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Eligible requests can retrieve USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail estimates using the validated destination, package specifications, and current USPS data. A displayed rate is an estimate until the request is accepted.

Can I return an order?

Because research materials may have handling and chain-of-custody limitations, do not ship anything back without written authorization. See Shipping & Returns for the current process.

Can you advise me about legal compliance?

No. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for applicable laws, institutional rules, licensing, and professional requirements.
