How rate estimates, destination checks, transit, and issue reports are handled.

Shipping estimates

The catalog can display USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail estimates after address validation. Rates and service availability depend on the destination, package data, and current carrier response. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date or accepted order.

Destination review

Requests may be declined or held when the destination cannot be validated or when shipment would conflict with carrier, legal, or internal requirements. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address.

Tracking

A tracking number can exist only after a request has been accepted, prepared, and transferred into the shipping workflow. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by USPS.

Problems with a shipment

Email us promptly with your verified account email, request details, photos of the package and label, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging and materials while the issue is reviewed.

Returns

Do not send research materials back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Any approved remedy depends on the documented circumstances, product condition, chain-of-custody considerations, and applicable requirements.
