Modern Wellness Solutions is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Permitted research purposes

The products we offer are not intended for human use. They are intended for in-vitro and pre-clinical research purposes only.

The customer acknowledges that risks exist in the handling, use, and distribution of these products and certifies that it has the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for managing those risks. The customer knowingly accepts those risks.

These chemicals are not intended to be used—and should not be used—in inappropriate applications including, without limitation, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or applications outside in-vitro laboratory research, pre-clinical research, laboratory chemical synthesis, or testing of different materials.

Customer responsibility and indemnification

The seller understands that, by purchasing these products, the customer agrees to the restrictions above. If a customer uses or causes others to use products outside those restrictions, the customer accepts the risks of doing so, agrees that the seller is not responsible for those customer actions, and agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from third-party claims arising from those customer actions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
